Jay has excellent people skills and deep understanding of complex sales, human resources, legal, financial operations issues that in motivating staff to peak performance.

Rotimi has more than 20 years senior management experience working in planning, management and deployment with several multinational telecommunications companies including MTN, Etisalat (now 9Mobile) and HTN Towers. He joined Raeanna from IHS Towers where he served as Associate Director among other roles.
His comprehensive experiences cut across procurement, construction, operations and business development. He has also versed in strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier management, business strategy and cost management.

Tanya brings more than 15 years experience in investment management with award winning results. Her superior relationship management skills compliments an outstanding account acquisition skills. Tanya has broad knowledge of numerous financial instruments and complex investment scenario, shattered performance expectation including adding USD70.2million in asset portfolio in one year. She has worked in Royal Bank of Canada to develop different strategic accounts.

Peter has more than 16 years experience in project planning, management and deployment in the telecommunications and construction sectors.
Peter worked with Alandick West Africa Limited, Alandick Ghana Limited and Huawei Technologies Limited, providing infrastructure solutions for: MTN Nigeria, Intercellular, Celtel (now Airtel Nigeria), Etisalat (Now 9Mobile), Ariba/MTN Ghana, among others.

Dr, Abbas A. Waziri holds first and graduate degrees in Accounting and Bio-Chemistry and a doctorate in Military Science. He is a registered member of the Financial Reporting Councl of Nigeria, FRCN), an alumnus of the Entreprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Forensic Accountants of Nigeria (CIFAN) and the Chartered Institute of Strategic Managers and Leaders of Nigeria (CISMLN). He is currently the Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Resident capital Finance Limited, an Abuja – based investment advisory and turnkey financial services firm. He is also the Chairman of Tradomed Pharmaceutical Limited, the company he started to undertake strategic investments and research and development in medicinal plant research and development. He holds professional membership of the Nigerian Society of Pharmacognosy (NSP), American Botanical Council and the West African Herbal Medicine Practitioners of Nigeria among others. Dr. Waziri brings to the Board of Raeanna, a rich and diverse experience in internal control, corporate governance and financial advisory services from more than 25-years experience in corporate practice, public service and private enterprises.

Battiselli has more than 35 years experience in leadership, construction and engineering management and has successfully managed multi-million dollars construction projects in Europe, Asia and Africa. He has served in senior management role of various construction companies, Impregilo/Flarc Limited, Italy; Todini Construzioni S.p.a, Algeria; Moreno Group and Dantata & Sawoe.
